Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Exceptions: Return shipping costs are only covered by Glarebag if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective (verified by our team).
How to Return Items
- Contact Customer Service: Email service@glarebag.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original box or a sturdy replacement. Include all accessories and documentation.

Ship the Item:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- For other returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Tracking & Confirmation: Once shipped, forward the tracking number to our team. We will notify you via email when your return is processed.
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
- Partial Refunds: Applied if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
Important Notes
- Non-Covered Scenarios: We do not reimburse return shipping fees for size/color preferences, change of mind, or accidental orders.
- International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs duties and return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Lost Packages: Glarebag is not liable for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
